Descripció

Els nivells de satisfacció de l’alumnat, el PDI i el PAS estan valorats en una escala d’1 a 4, en la qual l’1 implica «gens satisfet» i el 4 «molt satisfet», i s’han obtingut de les enquestes següents:

  • Enquesta de satisfacció dels alumnes amb el seu pla d’estudis (periodicitat anual).
  • Enquesta de satisfacció i detecció de necessitats del PDI (periodicitat anual).
  • Enquesta de satisfacció i detecció de necessitats del PAS que ha donat suport als estudis de grau i postgrau (periodicitat biennal).
